A friend of mine invited me to visit the exhibition Other Space at 180 the Strand, a building transformed into a creative hub.
"A multi-sensory exploration of light and sound, Other Spaces features three large-scale installations by the multi-disciplinary collective UVA – Our Time, The Great Animal Orchestra and Vanishing Point."

It was amazing because these installation make me reflect on how also kinetic sculptures can be set in a sensorial space, in order to reinforce the atmosphere as context, create an environment that extend the experience of the artwork. In particular the first room made me do this reflection.
It make people forget about the physical space and bring them in another dimension, where the lights are dominate and overwhelming. The sounds that came from the movement of them add an suspense feelings.
The second room showed me how the perspective can be depicted and displayed in space, and not drew as usual.
The third room shown a different way how datas can be visualised and that audience can enjoy them even if pictures are not shown to represented them. This installation is part of an huge research and collection of sound information in different spaces.
I have got a lot of hints to reflect on for setting my exhibition for the Summer Show, how to present information and how extend the experience of my kinetic sculptures.
