Deployable Structures article

Looking for references for my practice, I find this article Deployable Structures by Andrea E. Del Grosso, University of Genoa, and Paolo Basso, University of Pavia. iIt made me think about the technical I used to build my first kinetic sculptures at the first year and about the hits that I've got from viewers, the development in a system for a tent.

The idea to build a tent in a easier way is innovative and useful, but I don't retain the inflatable system can work form my structures, because the given movement is slow and reveal the figure little by little, depriving the audience of the final surprise.
