Maiko asked us how we think to show how work, now that a physical show is not possible and it is a problem for a course based on making practice and physical objects. As said before, this limit would have not stopped our making process, but forced us to change our plan and focus more on the aim behind our projects and how we can still connect with audience and bring it forward. That was a big challenge as we were finish a travel of 2 years and we had already clear idea on what work for the end of the course. As I couldn't make a big scale kinetic sculpture anymore and an immersive interactive experience letting the audience trigger my sculpture from all the 4 vertical side of the cube, which were the two key point for my new work, I took this last project as accomplish the exercise to get movements with Arduino, a new technology I started to use this year. I got focus and done a lot of project with it in order to understand as much as possible how to use it for future projects. I took back a book I bought as starting point, besides the one that there were already in the starter kit box and I finally understand the language of the coding I use to configure the platform and make it work in the way I want. I still don't know how to code, but I can work from sketches and because I understand what part I need, I can change it. Next step and challenge will be build and assemble my kinetic sculptures and configure Arduino with the elements I need, but I am quite confidence about it.
